White Chocolate Coconut Cocktail

1 Tablespoon Little Bird Jalapeño Simple Syrup

2 Tablespoons Creme de cacao

1/2 Cup coconut milk

1 bag Little Bird White Chocolate Fire Bites, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon shredded sweetened coconut

1 bag Little Bird Milk Chocolate Fire Bites


1.  Add ice, simple syrup, Creme de cacao, and coconut milk to a cocktail shaker.

2.  Shake until thoroughly combined.

3.  Combine the White Chocolate Fire Bites and shredded coconut on a flat plate.

4.  Melt Milk Chocolate Fire Bites (either in a double boiler or in a microwave safe bowl at 0:15 increments) in a bowl large enough to dunk the rim of the glass in.

5. Dunk the rim of the glass in the melted Milk Chocolate and then immediately into the White Chocolate and coconut mixture. Make sure to evenly coat the edge of glass.

6. Pour chilled liquid into glass and enjoy!
