Who needs some #SweetHeat in their lives?
YOU DO!

Last year we battled the rain in order to bring you our Fire Syrup  (remember how its been gracing your cocktails and marinating your chicken all year? Its like Honey – but with a KICK!)

Fire Syrup does make a  killer cocktail:

You’ve tried a Bee Sting before – it’s EVEN BETTER with Fire Syrup!™

THIS year we want to bring out some of the latest and greatest inventions from Little Bird Kitchen’s test kitchen:
Our Mad Geniuses have been getting a little crazy with our in-house Oompa-Loompas to come up with some  crazy interesting treats:
We’re working on some Spicy Candied Peanuts – which we’re calling our  Hot & Sweet Nuts.

A Handful of Hot & Sweet Nuts (spicy candied peanuts) make the world go round!

Our Hot & Sweet Nuts just so happen to be beers best friend, add some zing to your lunch bag, and they  might  even have been used as a cake topper….just saying….

GET-IN-MY-MOUTH Hot&Sweet-Nutty-Fruitty Goodness!

We are discussing bringing out our new Trail Mix. It is SO SO amazing that we can’t quite pin a name on it – so we’re calling it our No Name Mix.
It’s a balanced mix of crunchy-salty-sweet-nutty-dried-pineappley-goodness!  Little Bird’s No Name Mix is made up of our spicy  Dark Chocolate Fire Biteswith a touch of Sea Salt, Crunchy Almonds and Chewy-Fruity Dried Pineapples.
PERFECT for your pocket, your backpack, your mouth…oh the list does go on.

We’re also debating whether or not to bring back our Spicy Lemonade showcasing how our Fire Powder  mixes beautifully  with our Summertime Beverages.
What do you think? Did you like it last year? Would you like to see it again?

LET US KNOW PLEASE!

Make sure you come say HELLO to the  Little Bird  team

at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden

this SUNDAY

(10/1/17)

for the 25th Annual Chili Pepper Festival !

And just LOOK at that handsome guy adorning the show’s front page!

So what’re you doing on Sunday?

About Us

About Us | Little Bird Kitchen

We are Corey and Sara Meyer, owners of Little Bird. We make all sorts of strange and wonderfully curious confections in Long Island, New York. Like many great origin stories it all began with Chocolate Covered Orange Peels. Sara made them as a present for Corey. They came out great. So Sara started candying everything in the house. She decided to try candied Jalapeños. Corey told her that she was nuts. Sara didn't listen, as usual. Good thing this time. They were awesome.

Sierra (age 8) drew us a picture of Steve the Pepper.
She is pretty darn cool .

Steve the Pepper is our mascot.
He is our logo personified.
He was sewn, stuffed and labeled by our very own in-house Oompa-Loompa Blaine. (She rocks the sewing machine!)

Again - THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful drawing with us Sierra!
