Sweet Heat Granola

2 ½ Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats

1 ½ Cup Chopped Mixed Nuts-Unsalted (or any type you like)

½ Cup Sunflower Seeds-Unsalted

½ Cup Shredded Coconut-Unsweetened

1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt

½ teaspoon Cinnamon

½ Cup Canola Oil

2/3 Cup Fire Syrup®

1 ¼ Cup Mixed Dried Fruit –Chopped (Try Cherries, Apricots, Raisins or your favorite Dried Fruits)

1 pkg. Chocolate covered Fire Bites® – Dark, Milk or White Chocolate (Use your favorite or a combination!)

½ pkg Original Fire Bites®


1.  Preheat Oven to 325ºF.

2. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

3. Combine oats, nuts, coconut, salt and cinnamon in large bowl and mix well.

4. In a small bowl, combine oil and Fire Syrup® and mix well. Pour syrup mixture over oat mixture and mix well.

5. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring and spreading a few times with a spatula until mixture is golden brown.

6. Transfer granola to another parchment lined baking sheet to begin cooling.

7. Add dried fruits and mix well, then spread in an even layer and let cool to room temperature.

8.  Once completely cooled, add chocolate and original Fire Bites®.

9.  Enjoy!
